Although, I remember that the lecturer told us that apparently MR had registered the name and wasn't using it... Ah, don't worry about Mac, they have their faults too. A year ago, or so, they sued an non-profit organization fro stealing their logo... It was an apple, granted, but with very little resemblance to the Mac logo.
